1. Educational platform

Live & Ascend provides general educational materials and tools about investing, trading and real estate, as well as separately purchased eBooks, online courses and optional virtual events. The specific features, product description, price and access included in a purchase are those disclosed for that purchase.

2. Investment and educational risks

Content is educational and is not personalized investment, legal, tax, lending, accounting or appraisal advice. No investment return, profitability, financial outcome or educational result is guaranteed. Investing and real estate involve risk, including potential losses. Educational completion records do not establish professional certification or investment proficiency.

3. Accounts and secure access

Keep your registration details accurate and your credentials secure. Accounts, subscriptions, digital licenses and event links are for the authorized member's personal use and may not be transferred, resold or shared. Report suspected unauthorized access to support. We may reasonably restrict accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, serious security threats, nonpayment or material terms violations, subject to applicable law.

4. Monthly membership billing

Paid memberships renew automatically at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout unless canceled. Before payment, review the applicable plan, recurring amount, payment timing and cancellation method. Stripe processes payments; Live & Ascend does not store card numbers. Plan changes may have prorated or deferred effects as disclosed in the relevant confirmation.

5. Cancellation and billing assistance

Cancel future membership renewals through Profile & Billing and the secure Stripe Billing Portal, or contact support if the cancellation flow is unavailable. Cancellation ordinarily prevents the next renewal while access continues through the current paid period unless a different effective date is clearly disclosed. Partial periods are not ordinarily automatically refunded, subject to published promises and rights provided by law. Incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized charges will be investigated.

6. One-time digital purchases and delivery

Separately purchased eBooks and courses are licensed for personal educational use, not sold with transferable copyright. After confirmed payment, the relevant product is normally made accessible through the purchaser's authenticated account as described at purchase. A purchase may grant access to a download or streaming resource, as appropriate; account access is distinct from any individual's actual reading or viewing.

7. Refunds

Properly delivered eBook purchases are final sale. Discretionary refunds are not ordinarily provided for change of mind, non-use or refusal to download an available eBook. Separate policies apply to courses, memberships and events. Material non-delivery, unusable or defective files, material misrepresentation, incorrect or duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and remedies required by law will be investigated. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. This policy does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Events, Zoom, and livestreams

Event registration, access and any special cancellation deadlines depend on event-specific disclosures and membership eligibility. External session links are for authorized participants only. Where disclosed in our Privacy Policy, we may collect registration records, link-access activity and provider-confirmed meeting attendance.

9. Content rights and acceptable use

Original site materials, branding, eBooks, course videos and tools are protected by intellectual property laws. Do not unlawfully redistribute, record, scrape, resell, bypass access controls, impersonate others, harass other members or compromise site security. Exceptions required by applicable law are preserved.

10. Member contributions

When submissions, questions or community features are available, do not share credentials, another person's private information or unlawful content. You retain rights in your original submissions and grant Live & Ascend permission to store, moderate and display them as necessary to operate the relevant feature.

11. Availability and support

Maintenance, third-party outages, content corrections and unexpected technical problems may interrupt access. Report material service or delivery problems so we can investigate, restore access or provide an appropriate remedy. Any warranties or rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain in effect.

12. Privacy and evidence

Our Privacy Policy explains collection and retention of account, purchase, security, download and authorized activity records. Records may be used for support, reconciliation, security, fraud investigations and payment-dispute evidence. IP or device records alone do not conclusively identify an individual.

13. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits applicable nonwaivable consumer protections, legally required remedies, or lawful payment-dispute rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply to the extent permitted. We do not require arbitration or waive class rights in these terms.

14. Updates

We may revise these terms prospectively, providing legally required notice when applicable. A later version does not retroactively prove acceptance of that version for an earlier transaction. We will maintain version information for applicable purchases once purchase-time acknowledgment recording is enabled.
