1. Educational service

Live & Ascend provides general educational information about real estate and stock market topics. Content is not individualized investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

2. Accounts and email verification

You must provide accurate registration information, use a reliable email address, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared.

3. Memberships and billing

Monthly memberships renew until canceled. Final prices, billing dates, refund rules, trials, and plan changes must match the disclosures shown during Stripe checkout. Stripe processes payment information.

4. Products and access

eBooks are licensed for the purchaser's personal use. Course videos and livestream links may not be copied, redistributed, recorded, resold, or shared. Access may depend on an active plan, individual purchase, or manual entitlement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not automate registrations or logins, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected material, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, or use another person's account.

6. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, course material, eBooks, videos, and other original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law except where a separate license states otherwise.

7. Risk and limitation

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. No outcome is promised. Add jurisdiction-specific warranty disclaimers and liability limitations after attorney review.
