Information collected
The site collects account details, verified email status, membership and purchase records, event RSVPs, email preferences, security events, protected download logs, and first-party page-view data. Raw card data is handled by Stripe rather than stored in this application.
Why information is used
Information supports authentication, email verification, password reset, payment reconciliation, access control, customer support, event administration, security monitoring, and aggregated site analytics.
Security and retention
Passwords are one-way hashed. Tokens are stored as hashes and expire. Internet addresses are stored as keyed hashes in analytics and audit records. Retention periods should be finalized in an internal policy and configured through scheduled cleanup.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments, Google reCAPTCHA helps reduce automated abuse, and the configured email provider sends account messages. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Your choices
Members can manage optional event and content email preferences in their profile and can contact support about account access, correction, or deletion requests, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations.
